Our famous sweet relish. Whats in Chow Chow? Cabbage, Tomatillos, mainly...then we red bell peppers, add a little onion, a little cayenne and jalapeno for flavor and a mild heat. Then we add sugar and vinegar plus our secret spices. Great on Hot Dogs, grilled meats and great for eating with a FORK!
